Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to group potential customers and to track the deal stages of where the clients are. The customers are grouped based on where the customer information came from and then the different sequences are attached to it. This allows all our sales information to be grouped together and allows for the process to be organized and easily accessible.

- Creates reminders for tasks
Cons
- when adding new people it doesn't let you know if you already have them in HubSpot
- allowing you to see your co-workers tasks
- doesn't automatically add contact owner
- It has made it easier to track our goals
- Increased revenue since it allows us to see where our sales are and our goals
It has helped us establish what our goals of our teams are and to track both our sales and marketing goals
