Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot has helped us eliminate a lot of paper use and stay on track with all sales leads. Beforehand we would have all leads and applications on paper or in spreadsheets/documents. We are now able to go in and check the status and notes at any time from any place

HubSpot is great for keeping record of customers, leads and notes. My company really only uses it for our customer database so we can keep track of all contact info and points of contact. We have not utilized the direct calling or emailing features but it is very handy for opening a new text message directly through my phone instead of manually typing in each phone number every time since I do not save customers phone numbers in my cell phone.
