Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot on a daily basis to create templates and sequences to perform outreach to accounts for Account Executives that I support. Our industry is SaaS in Automation and Intelligent Document Processing, so we are connecting with prospective accounts as well as inbound leads.
- Provides a queue of tasks that are due daily and overdue
- Integrates with our Salesforce CRM for easy sharing of data
- Provides the ability to create lists of contacts for specific accounts very easily.
- Ensure collaboration of team members by making it easy to clone sequences.
- I have asked for (and others repeatedly have asked for as well) for the ability to launch a sequence on behalf of another user.
- Provide more clarification about the error when the phone call won't go through
- Provide the ability to at least view a template when the user has not shared it.
- Very easy to adopt using Hubspot
- Increased efficiency gains using the task queue
- Excellent collaboration among team members that share their templates and sequences with team members
- Salesloft and Outreach
As I mentioned before, I have used similar prospecting tools like Salesforce's Salesloft and Outreach and they are very similar tools in that they provide the ability to create and execute sequences to prospect to prospective accounts. I feel Hubspot has a better interface and is easier to use than the other tools.
