Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Used efficiently to manage and control customer interaction on time. Also helps to monitor orders and queries using a very user friendly system.

  • Create query tickets for each customer
  • Manage, control and locate the ticket query until it is resolved.
  • Designates the correct users according to tickets

  • Ticket storage could be more efficient
  • Open communications to third parties
  • Data storage can be made efficient
  • It helps our business to be up to standard on communication
  • User friendly with all systems
  • Easy to keep up to date with important documents
I've mentioned this to be very user friendly system, easy to locate information and tools.
Sales and marketing teams are able to communicate efficiently together using all the available tools and training methods available.
