Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We currently use this tool for the below, but we are looking to expand its current uses in the near future:
  • CRM management
  • Quoting
  • Job tracking
  • Invoicing supplementation
It is used every day within our business and helps with the operational flow for the type of work we complete.

  • Higher deal conversion rate
As all systems do it has its issues, however as a cloud based CRM this software has helped our business. The ease of use and time saving has been massive within our business, along with the visibility and deal conversion rate.
We have a very small sales team but this tool has improved our deal conversion rate and allowed us to track progress of current and existing deals. Not only this but all deals can be noted on in detail which helps when returning to the pipeline after a few days.

As stated previously it is an integral part of our operational model but it can occasionally have some errors. When we do use it for certain business aspects it has helped with streamlining tasks.
