CRM is the way to go!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
As account manager I manage accounts, contacts and deals. I work for a hotel chain and I am responsible for corporate travel and group business for the benelux. With HubSpot we funnel business and connect between our and other departments.
Pros
- the associations between contact, companies and deals
- tasks and automations. Also sequences
- modularity
Cons
- associations through Outlook with BCC email address. I have accounts that can be associate to 10 deals, when it's only supposed to be related to one
- after emails get into generic email in HubSpot inbox, it's almost impossible to find it back after closing it
- emails are difficult to find in profiles. i.e. when deals get big, and there is much communication, to find the first email, you need at least 10-15 minutes to find this email in that profile. there is no filter option in the email sheet in a profile.
- Allthough emails threads are put together in HubSpot, individual emails are also logged
- I can't share ROI
