Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We changed our 401K company in June and switched to Human Interest for administering the plan.
  • Created a smooth integration from old company to new
  • Allows employees many options for investing their money
  • Has a very user friendly system
  • would like to see more options for running reports
  • would like to be able to see the employee's addresses and phone numbers
  • to early to tell but so far employees are very happy with the switch
  • we went from a 22% participation to a 77% participation
It's been a great experience and our employee's are very happy with the product.

I have had a great experience with Human Interest and the integration to their product. They worked with our payroll company to set-up a smooth transition and make it easy for employees to manage their own account decisions.

I would like to see some additional training available to employees who are not as familiar with what a 401K can do for them.
