Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest to help administer our company's 401(k) plan. the Quarterly and annual filings are a hassle and knowing these are a filed timely allows peace of mind I didn't get with our previous 401(k) provider of almost ten years. Additionally the web site for plan administrators and participants is very intuitive and easy to navigate and use.
  • Initial sign up and launch of plan A+.
  • Advice on best practices to stay compliant with state requirements.
  • Ease of use on web site for plan admin and participants.
  • You can talk to someone live if needed !!! Try that at some competitors.
  • Good retention tool for employees.
  • The fee structure is very reasonable; my previous 401k provider couldn't come close.
  • Fees are shared by participants and employers alike.
Data transfer from ADP was seamless; website training was good and almost not needed. It was pretty easy to use though.

ADPs website is complicated and live support from APDs 401k division is almost impossible.
