Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We use Human Interest as our 401K provider. For background, we have been using QBs online for years as the accounting software. Human Interest is synced with QBs so it makes the payroll process including 401K contributions very smoothly. We have been using Human Interest for 4 months so we ran into zero issues so far. This is a very efficient product and I would definitely recommend it to you all.

Yes, the implementation process was a good experience. The representative who took over our account was very responsive on scheduling the first meeting and then walked us through step by step for the implementation.
Our insurance broker reached out to me and told me about Human Interest. One of the things that captured my attention was that QuickBooks Online was synced with Human Interest, and the admin fee is compatible with other providers. That's why I encouraged the CEO to sign the contract with Human Interest.
