Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest for our company 401K.
  • Easy to use and understand the portal.
  • Easy to make changes to the contributions.
  • Easy implementation with our payroll company.
  • I haven't experienced any issues in the last year and a half that we have been using HI.
  • It has been important to us as a company to invest in our employees financial future with employer matching.

If your payroll company already offers Human Interest, it makes it seamless, which is probably the most important factor. Also, Human Interest, depending on your plan set up, takes care of all the necessary reporting to the IRS so there's not much the administrator that I have to do.
