New to Human Interest, but going well so far.

Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We use the Human Interest 401(k) program. I previously used ADP, but wanted to offer my employees a program that was not quite as expensive.
Pros
- The 401(k) onboarding team was very helpful.
- I like the notifications when employees make changes.
- The online account has been easy to use.
Cons
- More accurate guidance on transferring my accounts from ADP to Human Interest would have been helpful.
- I have had a couple of complaints from my employees about long hold times when calling with a question about their 401(k).
- I want to be able to offer good benefits to my employees, and it was easy to structure the plan to be beneficial to them.
- We haven't had the plan long enough for me to be able to give hard numbers.
ADP was more expensive. Their app and online features are great, but some of my employees do not like to use them, so that was not beneficial.
