Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest is our companies 401K provider and program manager. It was an easy implementation and works easily with our payroll provider.

Pros

  • New employee enrollment
  • Flexible terms for enrollment
  • Easy system management for a small start up company

Cons

  • Ability to update missing information without going through payroll provider
  • Easier management of employee information with direct feed portal
  • Makes us a competitive employer in our line of work
  • Reduces employee turnover
  • Allows us to better manage administrative headcount and cost by 15%
Easy to use from all sides, however a direct way to correct some employees information would be very helpful.

This program is well suited for a start up company that can grow with your business. We started with 3 employees and a 3rd party accounting administration group. Human Interest has grown with us and made the 401k plan an easy benefit for the company, our 3rd party and our employees to use.
