Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
As a small business owner, I have appreciated the rapid response rate of my assigned representative. He has often anticipated follow up questions and therefore has pre-emptively answered questions in order to to shorten the process of inquiries. It has been easy to navigate the website and see the elections from the employer as well as employee side.

I have only dealt with one other retirement investment company in my career, however I find that Human Interest is very transparent and supportive of small business owners. The low cost of using their services was attractive to me and made the most sense for my company. I really feel I get value for my money.
