Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

I own a small business (fewer than 15 employees)and use Human Interest to manage our employer-sponsored retirement plan. Human Interest provides our safe harbor 401k plan and integrates with our payroll provider Gusto.

  • Improve email screening prior to sending (have received incorrect emails, then corrections)
  • Integrate admin and employee profile (currently have double)
  • Help us attract new employees with 401k matching
  • Help us maintain current employees with guaranteed match
It's very low-effort. Most of the process is automated for me through Human Interest and Gusto, which is perfect for a busy small business owner.
