Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest for our employees retirement program. We process payroll bi-weekly and Human Interest handles all of the deductions and deposits for us through our payroll company.

Pros

  • Human Interest handles the deductions from employees payroll checks.
  • Human Interest takes care of the company matching.
  • Human Interest takes care of everything.

Cons

  • I want our monthly invoice for the fees to show before the auto-draft is complete, so we can plan ahead.
  • Human Interest has helped us to include all employees in the retirement program.
Human Interest is user friendly and easy to understand.
We were using American Funds Group, but it was convoluted and difficult to understand. Human Interest calculates the numbers for us and it is so much easier.

We enjoy Human Interest because it is hassle-free. As the payroll clerk, I don't have to worry about the retirement program. Human Interest has made the retirement program easy and has freed up more of my time to focus on other accounting issues.
