Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest to manage our company's 401k. Human Interest makes the entire process so easy. We had one issue with an employee's funds not getting sent over from our payroll company and Human Interest's customer service got it resolved quickly and they were so great to work with. Our account continues to increase in value and its so hands off. Everything is just easy and everyone there is so nice to work with. Very happy with using Human Interest for our companies 401k needs.

Everything is very easy to use and understand. The transfer of funds take a very long time is my only complaint.
