Overall Satisfaction with IBM API Connect

This platform enhances survey functionality and data integrations across the different platforms we use to understand customer sentiment. It securely connects our platforms with other platforms or databases within the organization, gathers and integrates customer feedback, and automates survey data.

Pros

  • Solid CRM Integration.
  • Great automated workflows.
  • Reduced operational costs.

Cons

  • I think it struggles a bit with dynamic data.
  • Challenges with data validations.
  • It's not real-time, but it's close.
  • Larger vendor ecosystem.
  • Reusing of APIs.
  • Easy implementation.
Out-of-the-box authentication for essential security techniques. It has a good interface for development and is pretty simple to handle.

If you're looking to improve developer productivity and get real-time monitoring, it's a good fit.
