A great experience in using IBM Cloud Pak For RPO Automation
Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
We used IBM BPM v8.5.7 in our organization to establish automated procedures for Recruitment Process Automation (RPO) because we are working with the US RPO process. The use of Rest APIs was quite beneficial. It was also overly precise analytically. It is simple to comprehend because of features like the console, process admin, and inspector. Although there is a lack of support and resources, it is ideal for automated tasks. It greatly reduces the time of sourcing the resume and candidate communication.
Pros
- Automatic Sourcing of resume from CEIPAL
- Shortlisting candidates from pre-qualification questions which are automated successfully
- Easily Integrated IBM Cloud Pak with our Resume parser
Cons
- MQ Integration can be improved.
- Loading time of Screen can be reduced but it was not a big difficulty for us.
- Others I feel it is good to go...
- Improved our client relation ship as we were able to do more than 2 closures per day
- Increased workforce of our employees
- Easy and fast decision making for candidates submission
The deployment of the process was very easy in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation when compared to UiPath. The difficult part in UiPath is managing with Orchestrator. One or two support engineers are required to monitor the bot's behavior round the clock. Also, the new orchestrator in UiPath is very difficult and hence we moved to IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
