The experience in working with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation is great. Its cloud capability along with data analytics and management provides end to end services to the users. Its AI (artificial intelligence) powered platform and cloud computing are very user-friendly and the no-code interface for designing the workflows is simple. The user community and customer support give a very smooth experience.
