Use Cases and Deployment Scope

All company provided and owned cell phones have MaaS360 loaded on them. Not only for the ease of configuring the device and settings but also because this tool allows us to find the device if lost or stolen, along with wipe it remotely. We started with using it just in IT and now it has become a standard across the enterprise for anyone or any device that has company e-mail on it.

Pros and Cons

Full or selective wipes of the device
Ease of setup and control for the users on the website
Super support when I can't figure out something and have to call in for assistance.

Some of the reporting seems to be lacking but they are improving it all the time.
Would like to be able to customize the website to the areas I go to all the time in order to cut down on the navigating

Return on Investment

We definitely have an ROI since I can't tell you the amount of devices we have wiped since we purchased it.
Make sure you have enough licenses or they will bill you if you go over and that cost is not cheap
