Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo Application Suite

We use IBM Maximo Application Suite for work,asset, and incident management. The problem is addresses is work tracking.

Pros

  • Allows for integration with other systems
  • Reporting

Cons

  • IBM Maximo Application Suite Runs slow
  • Adding and removing fields are global changes
  • All fields are not shown on the screen
  • The font is very small
  • more administration required
Being able to track material purchases and hours spend by work order.
Visibility and merging of financial data by work order.
