Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo Application Suite

In our organization, we use IBM Maximo Application Suite for Work Order creation, procurement (Purchasing), and asset management. Creates one central hub to initiate and track all work orders and assets.

  • Customizable

Cons

  • Search features very limited, challenging to use effectively.
  • Navigating drop-down menus.
  • Unintuitive icons, challenging to navigate the ecosystem.
Accessing total cost roll-up. Very useful with the child/parent work order feature to assess project cost performance.
