Overall Satisfaction with IBM Planning Analytics

We use IBM Planning Analytics for integrated sales and operations planning from external sales forecasting to supply planning. We also use it for IFRS16 calculation and KPI.

Anaplan license costs were higher than in IBM Planning Analytics.
Support cases can be prioritized well if you have personal contacts at support and sales. Also, skill level of support persons varies a lot. Overall support is working fairly well.
