Overall Satisfaction with IBM Power Systems Virtual Server
IBM Power Systems Virtual Server helped us get a better infrastructure without spending a lot. It is an amazing and easy-to-use tool, and if we grow more, it will be easier for us to get a better infrastructure and provide support to our services to provide the best quality for our customers.
Pros
- Data Copy--IBM Power Systems Virtual Server helps us to make this an easy task.
- AI--IBM Power Systems Virtual Server makes it easier to use a powerful AI to analyze your data and present good solutions to get the most out of our services.
- Environment--IBM Power Systems Virtual Server helps us to reduce costs when we create different environments while we are developing (testing and staging).
Cons
- You could make some improvements in the UI to make it more friendly
- You could improve billing, to make it easier to create a budget to use
- You could use something like templates to make it easier to choose the best system, cores, etc. for the development process of an application
- Our business uses IBM Power Systems Virtual Server to make it easier for our devops team to initiate the first steps for development
- It took us around a week to give our customers a suitable production environment; now we could do this in one or two days with IBM Power Systems Virtual Server
- It's an easier way to create instances for the deployment of applications
It takes a lot more configuration to prepare a deployment for applications. There's a lot of configuration and security stuff that needs more detail--security group and things like that--that make the process more difficult than IBM Power Systems Virtual Server. So in every scenario, I would recommend using it rather than AWS.
