  • The system has been perfect although we hassle a lot gathering customization data since the vendor hasn’t provided full documentation and tutorials.
  • Testing unlimited process amendments help us make informed determinations.
  • It enhances collaboration which advance business procedures.
  • Automation of business processes save time and overall cost.
IBM do not offer live support but it allows users to check the status of active cases while logged in.
