Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

We implemented IBM Process Mining so as to gain visibility on the execution of processes within the organization and help with the allotment of resources. We get views of areas with inadequacies so we can streamline the gaps. It allows for the identification of workflows that are to be prioritized for automation and predicts their influence on processes through advanced analysis.

  • What-if analysis for identification of the best workflows to be automated.
  • Finding root causes of inefficiencies.
  • The documentation doesn't have some features and some haven't been updated. This makes it stressful to learn from it.
  • Through the in-depth analytics, we get intelligent analytical information for finer governance.
  • Optimization of our business processes by revealing automation prospects.
  • It provides us with a deeper view of common obstacles in our constantly improving businesses.
IBM Process Mining is a complex system to implement and the available documentation is limited. So we really interacted with the tech support team during the implementation phase. They have a response time of less than an hour and were quite helpful.

I would choose IBM Process mining any day over the rest of the RPA tools as it is reliable and very powerful. It allows us to trace the efficiency of our workflows and helps close any gaps. We easily integrate it into the ERP systems to collect and deeply analyze data. It offers us many features that have helped improved process mining.
