Identification of the most business opportunities across the company has been successful since we deployed IBM Process Mining. This software tracks data from any environment associated with the organization. Mining data has been a great achievement since we can easily get the insights required for managing business programs. It monitors the entire manufacturing system tracking workflow progress and offering support when there is an issue.

The company has a fast-responding support team that comes in on time when we raise the alarm over performance concerns.
