Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

IBM Process Mining is our main RPA tool as is very sturdy and reliable. We have connected it to our clients ERP systems for data collection as well as to perform deep analytics that help assist clients with intelligent analytical information. It provides visibility into end to end process where we can see how effective operations are, identify bottlenecks and improve performance.

Pros

  • Identifying processes that need automation through creation of what-if scenarios.
  • Process mapping and monitoring.
  • Data analysis that is helpful in bringing about transparency in our processes.

Cons

  • It has a very complex structure but not enough documentation about it.
  • Improved delivery time by automation of complex processes
  • Clear visibility of our end to end process, and we easily identify bottlenecks and eliminate them.
  • Through workflow automation, we have improved accuracy.
  • Tracking efficiency of workflows
The IBM Process Mining team quickly responds to our concerns and feedback. They have been very efficient and helpful with our issues as well us upgrades.

We have been able to get rid of inept steps within workflows and streamline our business processes. IBM process mining provides an in-depth view and analysis into our clients ERP system immediately after implementation
