Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

IBM RPA is being used as a PoC for a product we are building in our organization. We are trying to automate the entry of business expenses.
  • Low Code Platform
  • Web Orchestration
  • Multitude of base actions which can be leveraged to build complex bots
  • UI could be updated to look less like scripts and more like a flowchart.
  • Recording tool is not always accurate.
  • Employees are spending less time worrying about entering their expenses. This is saving them time in this area and enabling them to focus on their work.
