Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

We use to capture orders from portals used by corporate customers, research of data from website, like registration data. Launch informations to our internal process, avoiding the manual filling, send e-mails to our providers, clients with price and invetory information. We use to generate dashboard, capturing data from database and transforming it in dataviz.

It's well suited when we digital process, like fill web forms or systems using data from sheets, database and systems. The software has a good performance when using legacy software, capturing infos from sheets or web and clicking and puting information inside. It's less appropriated when using to OCR, principally when the document can be unstructured in certain times.
