Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use iCIMS for recruitment. No one but the recruitment department and HR uses iCIMS. Recruitment uses it most often. It organizes recruitment flow.

Pros and Cons

Tracks applicant flow
Search capabilities for candidates
Provides a section to store synopsis on candidates

Updates happen so often that it is hard to get use to any one version.

Return on Investment

I am able to sort candidates by skillset and be in touch with candidates in my pipeline.

Alternatives Considered

Honestly, I have only used iCISM since I've been in the business. It was what the company was using before I got there.

If it were up to me I would renew because it is what I know. No other representatives from any other applicant tracking system has ever reached out.
