Overall Satisfaction

We use iCIMS for recruitment. No one but the recruitment department and HR uses iCIMS. Recruitment uses it most often. It organizes recruitment flow.

I am able to sort candidates by skillset and be in touch with candidates in my pipeline.

Honestly, I have only used iCISM since I've been in the business. It was what the company was using before I got there.

If it were up to me I would renew because it is what I know. No other representatives from any other applicant tracking system has ever reached out.

It is well suited for organizing candidates and process flow.
