Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite

We use it for Recruitment and are in the proces of implementing iCims for Onboarding.
  • The dispositions assigned to positions are easier to track for AAP
  • Generating an offer letter is straightfroward
  • Reporting functionality is great
  • Customer Service is top notch
  • It is an intuitive and user-friendly system and has been easily teachable to all users
  • Better filtering capability for reports
  • Hire sources are better tracked
  • ROI has increased since it provides accurate/complex feedback on applicants
iCims provids a more complex way to store and report on data
It's well suited for a medium size organization that employs all layers of staff
It is too complex for a smaller organization

Using iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite

We are focused on retention and feel that iCims is assisting us with tracking our applicant better and more accurately. Also, as the company is growing, our recruitment staff is better using their time for recruiting purposes with the assistance of a well developed system.
