Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite

We are a very small company and there are currently two of us in the Talent Acquisition department. When I joined the company there was no ATS in place, everything was handled by paper :( The company I came from used iCIMS and I had a very positive experience with the tool. When I got approval to implement an ATS, I went straight to iCIMS. It has made recruiting (posting jobs, managing candidates, communicating with candidates) so much easier, organized, and efficient.

  • Very easy to communicate with candidates and to save that communication
  • The software is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate.
  • For my purposes, it is exactly what I need.
  • All candidates are receiving acknowledgement!
  • I have been able to add a careers section to our website.
  • I can now provide my boss with recruiting metrics.
Cost effective, ease of use,ease of website integration.
I have used iCIMS in two very different settings. One was a large global organization, and currently in a small, younger company. It has been great for both companies and has versions of the software that make sense for all types of companies.
