We "FusionStorm" are using iCIMS for the recruiting and onboarding process. We also use it for the background, application and posting abilities.

iCIMS has more to offer than the ATS I have used in the past. I am excited about learning more of the products to be even more efficient.
iCIMS has the capabilities that I am looking in terms of candidate application (i.e. .using LinkedIn which makes the process more streamlined and less frustrating and less likely that someone would opt out because of difficulty of applying.
I like the new "video cover letter" addition; however, we have not implemented it yet.

I was fairly new to FusionStorm, so I would have been more active with the product administrator
