The Human Resource Department uses iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software for posting positions, applications, interviews, testing, and onboarding. All applicants and employees apply via online applications, using the software. All supervisors utilize during the evaluation, interview, and selection process. It helps us recruit and communicate with applicants and supervisors during this process.

- Ease of search and history
- Document storage
- Report structure is cumbersome. I can't customize easily, without new programming.
- Time to fill positions has dramatically dropped.
- Many automations, which saves resource time of manual touches.
