Use Cases and Deployment Scope

iCIMS is used to post all of our agency vacancies, to track applicants, to engage with applicants, and to onboard new hires electronically. This system has saved us in personnel costs and eliminated redundancy across HR.

Cons

I find the report writer very hard to use.

Return on Investment

Positive: Time to hire and onboard has improved.
Negative: Cost is high for a smaller agency with limited resources
Positive: Makes the work of an HR recruiter/hiring manager very efficient.

Support Rating

The tech support folks are the best. They have never failed to help me when I needed help. They are also eager to help you learn instead of just doing it for you--if that is what you want. I would rather learn how to do things for myself, so they are very patient with me when I ask them to walk me through how to do it myself.

iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite is fabulous and will work great if you are a giant agency hiring across the world or a one-person HR department for a small agency. iCIMS has systems that will take you from job posting to offer to on-boarding and beyond. It is also always improving to meet the needs of the new world we live in.

Other than the report writer, the system is FABULOUS. It is very user-friendly once you are given some basic instructions on how to navigate the system.
