Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using iCIMS across the whole organization for hiring and onboarding of both external and internal candidates. This has allowed more transparency throughout the whole hiring process from the candidate up to the VPs of the organization. We have also gone paperless in our hiring process, which has solved a problem especially in this time.

Alternatives Considered

HealthcareSource Position Manager

The version of HealthcareSource that we were using was out of date. Everything was done outside of the system. We did not have any requisition management or reporting being done within HealthcareSource. Hiring managers did not have access so applicants had to be emailed or hand brought a paper version of their application/resume. iCIMS had all of these features and more so we knew we had to make the switch.

Support Rating

Everyone on the iCIMS support side has always been extremely helpful from the build phase to now. No matter what our question or technical issue is, the team is happy to step in and come up with a solution that works for our company. The response times have been very quick as well and always professional.

Usability

The platform is very user friendly and has helped streamline some of the recruiting processes for our organization. We have been able to keep everything virtual and cut down on paper use. I do wish we were able to give our non-license users more features and searching capability. This is very limited for some of our recruiters.

Likelihood to Recommend

iCIMS is well suited in thier reporting features. Since having iCIMS, our reporting has been a lot smoother and we don't have to keep track of everything by paper or in Excel sheets. It has allowed us to look more closely at our data and make improvements to different processes within our organization.
