Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use iCIMS across the whole company. It is our only ATS where all aspects of the hiring process are managed. From creating a pipeline and reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and hiring new associates - iCIMS addresses all of our recruiting needs.

iCIMS is much more configurable. Our recruiting/hiring processes are very unique so being able to configure a system to meet our business needs was a game changer.

iCIMS is well suited for robust candidate selection. It really helps you capture all details of a potential candidate in order to hire the best candidate for a position. I can't think of any time it would be less appropriate. It's highly configurable and can be implemented to fit your company's exact needs.
