Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

We use recruiting and onboarding platform across the org, with multiple divisions handling their own workflows and processes.

Pros

  • Reporting is excellent! Quick and easy to build and share.
  • Technical Account Manager model paired with Success Manager is fantastic!
  • API setup for integration points with multiple systems is a breeze! iCIMS has tons of options to integrate w/ HRIS.

Cons

  • Only missing functionality I can think of is building triggers for data manipulation + data transformation --- example upon entry on one form, perform some data validation and trigger a new action or auto-populate values on other tabs/parts of the profile.
  • Faster time-to-hire.
iCIMS proved to be a more robust/mature tool that increased recruiter efficiency. Reporting was a big winner, the speed of pulling data and sharing it with peers, scheduling exports, etc.
Consistent recruiting practices has definitely improved our centralization efforts.
Fantastic turnaround time and attention from TAM.

It's best for quick-pace and high-volume recruiting processes. iCIMS can get you up and running relatively quickly so you can onboard folks in matter of weeks!

Might be a bit challenging for complex corporate environments, the examples of the need to tailor many scenarios/exceptions for example approval workflows that are automated depending on the attributes of the requisition, etc.
