iCIMS is used by entire organization to recruit, hire and onboard our new employees. At DataPath we hire employees to work in over 20 countries and iCIMS allows us to customize and track the processes.

iCIMS technical support is the best I have experienced in 20+ years of recruiting.
Hiring managers are able to take action on candidates quickly.

The iForms are powerful tools and need more reporting options.
The Excel exports could use some standard formatting options at the start of the process.
