Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

iCIMS Talent Cloud was being used as our ATS system company wide. It provided a far more robust recruiting solution than the one with our HCM.

Overall, it's made the recruitment process far better than with our previous ATS. There is always room to improve though.

It was extremely easy to customize job requisitions so that you could report out on company critical metrics. We were easily able to enter in key fields in reqs so that we could report out on recruiting by a multitude of slicers.
