Overall Satisfaction with INBOX25

INBOX25 was deployed as a marketing automation solution for a client using SugarCRM. Its primary use case was automated lead nurturing, scoring and email marketing tied closely to CRM records.
  • SugarCRM integration
  • Ease of building workflows
  • Responsive, helpful support team
  • Email builder is a bit difficult
  • UI was dated; workflows extended extremely far vertically, making it difficult to get a full picture
  • Some functionality lost if not using INBOX25 forms on the website
  • It more than delivered value on the investment, which was a fraction of other enterprise marketing automation platforms we've deployed.
Different platforms stack up particularly well for different use cases. INBOX25 is our default choice for SugarCRM users.
It's a great choice for users of SugarCRM, which doesn't integrate particularly well with many other marketing automation platforms. It's less appropriate for users of other CRMs (particularly Salesforce) which has well-baked connectors for HubSpot, Pardot, et al.
