Overall Satisfaction with Indeed.com

I used Indeed.com to post all job openings across the organization. Not only do I like the fact that I can post job free of charge or elect to make them more noticeable by paying a fee, I love the fact that Indeed archives my postings and applicants so I don't have to, right away.
  • Easy to use format
  • Rep calls you to make sure you're maximizing your dollars.
  • offers assessments
  • none to list at this time
  • cost
  • ease of use
  • familiar in the market
  • We get a good pool candidates to select from for a low cost.
LinkedIn and Zip recruiter. Zip recruiter provided me with a lot of candidates from out of state when remote was not an option for our organization, which caused me to waste a lot of time. Perhaps it was something I missed when posting the job. LinkedIn didn't result in as many hits as I'd expected, especially since I joined groups/industries were candidates I was seeking would connect, so I thought. I probably just need to spend more time on the other platforms, but Indeed is just so easy to use I sometime find it hard to put myself through the hassle of learning another platform.
