Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

Indeed Hiring Platform is basically being used on a wide scale by every member of every team in my organisation. We are so focused on Indeed that we have our daily views to use just after we start our work. I believe most of the people who work in Recruitment and Staffing teams use Indeed on daily basis. Indeed is probably the best recruitment tool available in the market, as compared to other portals Indeed seems to fill more positions every month. Indeed is really helping out finding us the best and ready to work candidates in the market. With the help of indeed the the coverage of our requirements is more than 70%.

  • Direct conversation from the portal.
  • Better profiles with great skills.
  • Title search or more search options should be there.
  • More filters to go through the search.
  • They should increase the numbers of 'free to contact' views because no matter how many views you'd work on eventually you'd finish all so quick.

Indeed is user friendly and way too easy as compared to other tools. The succession rate of indeed in getting a hire is more than other hiring platforms because of their genuine and availability of candidates. We can easily track the candidates, we only would get the contact info once the candidates are interested to work with us which makes our work easy and there would be less chances of offer backouts.

I've been using Indeed for the last couple of years. I'm at stage when I get a low pay job, which I mostly get twice or thrice a week. I start recruiting candidates passively, in that case I always have a data of available candidates. Indeed only lets you recruit genuine candidates, if they are interested they'd get back to you which makes the whole process way too easy. So for low pay job Indeed seems to be the perfect tool for me whereas in senior requirements I failed to get along with Indeed. The relevancy and the candidates pool isn't that great or maybe it's all about different sourcing styles. I don't rely much on Indeed when it comes to high paying positions.
