We do the majority of our hiring through indeed. It has allowed us to hire a large number of people in multiple states.
- Hire large number of people in multiple states.
- Large pool to hire from.
- Allows for knock out questions so you get people who you want to hire.
- Sometimes we get applications for people outside of the area or country we are hiring in. I would love to filter those out.
- I dislike how customized knock-out questions look when people answer them. It adds that this is an employer-added question. When really the questions we ask are pretty basic.
- Better filtering tools.
- More automations.
- Our cost per hire through indeed is much lower than other hiring sites.
- We also see a better show rate for day 1 of training vs other hiring sites.
- Another hiring sits tend to focus on leads. However, we have noticed the leads from those hiring sites don't convert to a hired employee. We use indeed because it does lead to real employees who show up for training. Not just a lead like the other sites. (And we have used Talroo, zip, and career builder - none had show rates as good as indeed).

We compete with other call centers to win business from companies. We have been one of the only companies that ALWAYS hits the hiring needs we have and those hires come from indeed. We also were one of the ONLY call centers that were able to source Chinese Speaking candidates. I also really like the analytics that indeed hiring has. We use this to decide which markets we are going to hire in.
We get the majority of our candidates from indeed. We tried the others but they did not turn into new employees.

3 - Indeed jobs are easy to use and post. The only thing our agents do is filter candidates to see where they might be a good fit. It is not a hard system to use.
