Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

Indeed Sponsored Jobs is our main source for bringing in talent. It's been helpful to be able to use their resume searches and invite options as well to find better-qualified candidates. Right now it is hard to find qualified candidates for nearly all types of positions.
  • Easy to post position.
  • Large database of candidates.
  • Organized.
  • Budget and applications coming in sometimes don't add up so it feels like you spend more for fewer applicants at times.
  • Personal emails added to Indeed resumes.
  • The option to add keyword tags to posts to help bring him more views.
  • Higher quality applicants.
  • More ROI than with other job boards.
  • Smaller budget needed due to quality of candidates.
We are a real estate industry so management, maintenance, leasing, grounds, serving, kitchen applicants, etc.
Not particularly. It's just great to be able to rely on this platform.
There can be a lack of communication between the finance department, the companies, and the support which can be very frustrating when trying to budget and set sponsorships.
Indeed performs significantly better than the other two boards from my experience in comparison to what you spend to get your jobs out there.

In some positions, it is not a suitable option and you have to be more creative. It's great for more competitive jobs and it gives you all the opportunities necessary to be able to see what the competition is doing and what you can do to find qualified candidates.
