Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

Contributing candidates to the recruitment marketing funnel during an extremely tight job market.
  • Dashboarding - overall display is clean and well organized.
  • Transparency into cost per applicant and campaign is unique compared to our LinkedIn campaigns where I can only track conversions.
  • Ideally, our reviews from Glassdoor would be integrated into the Indeed platform.
  • Overall integration with Glassdoor around news, photos, reviews, etc.
  • While the number of applicants was high and exciting, at the experienced position we were promoting, the quality to candidates that mapped to our job des was quite low.
  • The overall cost of the campaigns was lower than our LinkedIn budgets and w the transparency around applicants on the dashboard, opposed to via our ATS, from a marketing standpoint I could see MQLs.
Less experienced positions such as associate and senior associate.
We had some back-end issues relating to multiple duplicative profiles which provided some initial angst, but we received responsive support and guidance to rectify the matter.

We are getting better-qualified candidates at a more junior level (1-3 yrs experience) opposed to our campaigns at the consultant (3-5 yrs) level.
