Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

It's user-friendly to post a job and follow up with applicants as they apply. You must do this daily so you don't miss an opportunity to speak to a possible future employee. We are looking for Resident Care Aides to work alongside the men and women who call us home so they can live life to the fullest.
  • Sending us qualified individuals.
  • When posting several different jobs, replying is sometimes tricky because it does not flag you right away which position the applicant has applied for.
  • We run a continuous ad because we always have a need being open 24/7 365 days.

I do not get any hits from my Linked in job posts, or the other platforms we have used.

We do all our own training so they also send us folks that have never worked in the healthcare facility, so we can explain we will train you. We also get many applications from those that have done elder care, taking care of severely disabled folks is different. I have people from other states apply to our post and I am not sure how they are seeing my ad.
