Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs
Our organization uses Indeed on a daily basis. We place candidates in multiple locations across the country and in a variety of different fields. With Indeed Sponsored Jobs, we can post the job, sponsor it, and, if necessary, adjust the campaign as needed for a particular area. The platform gives the user the flexibility to establish daily or monthly budgets, adjust the way the budget is spent, and have overall control of the process.
- Budget Flexibility.
- Comprehensive Analytics.
- Reporting.
- Page Navigation - Inability to personalize settings (views, rows per page, etc).
- Create Campaign function not as efficient as previous page build.
- Inability to uniquely identify sponsored jobs on hosted side (campaign name).
- Cost per Hire has reduced slightly.
- Applicant Quality has remained consistent.
- Time to Hire has reduced slightly.
We primarily work with candidates from the IT Field. However, we did experience a good amount of quality candidates from our Administrative related positions.

Indeed is my primary recruiting tool. I will always consider using other resources, but the default is Indeed.
