Promoting the job ads for more applications in a shorter timeframe. This allows us to hire and fill our positions quicker than expected most of the time, even in a competitive employment market. Every year we have to hire about 20 seasonal drivers and only have a short period of time to do so. Indeed allows us to meet and sometimes exceed job hiring expectations.
